Not all apps will work all the time. Apps will occasionally go down for repair or updates, and can sometimes can take weeks to come back up. Websites and servers will change their settings and codes from time to time, and may result in apps being down for extended periods of time. Rarely, an app might close down for good. No guarantees can be made on the availablity of any specific app.

To help remedy this situation, we install several apps that do the same thing and provide you with the same content. Therefore, if one goes down, there are several available to take its place.

Some apps that need to be configured will require you to have an Account, or a Username and Password. While 95% of apps are free, there are some apps that cost money.

Refund Policy:

Our services are non-refundable with no exceptions. Before ordering make sure your internet connection is stable and your device is compatible. Under no circumstances will you get a refund. For lifetime accounts if our service or server shuts down that is the nature of this business and we will not refund you.

Reliability:

Due to the nature of the services we can not guarantee 100% uptime and no warranty is supplied. We strive to maintain a quality service, but at times there are situations out of our control. No refunds or proration will be made if AceTV services are disrupted. The contents for packages may vary, and we may add or remove any channels at any time without notice. Video-On-Demand is extra so we dont garentee it will work all the time. If it's down then there are other apks with the same movies and series to use. If we choose to remove it at anytime we may do so without notice.

Connections:

Your account is limited to the amount of connections agreed to in your plan. Life accounts are not IP locked. The account will be banned if you are found to be in violation of the above mentioned connection terms, and your subscription will be terminated without a refund.

Termination:

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms of service.

Changes of Terms:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time.
